Baagi Mmereki Dr. is Owner & CE of a Consulting company in Waste Management, Occupational Hygiene, and Environmental Monitoring in the Republic of Botswana - Africa. His interests in Waste Management focus on sustainable non-burn solutions to treat biomedcial waste on-site and where feasible bring in Circular Economy principles to reduce if not eliminate waste to the landfill. 
The business line on Environmental monitoring focuses on source emissions testing for compliance in the mining & healthcare sectors, and waste management industries. From a financial director role, Neil joined the BICSc Senior Management team in 2015. He has a wealth of management expertise and has experience in hospitality and FM in numerous industries.   
Neil's passion is technology, especially when it can be used for efficiency purposes. Neil was the project lead on the creation of the BICSc CPSS Assessor app, BICSc Audit App, The BICSc Cleaning Supervisor’s Certificate and delivered the virtual training platform and the associated BICSc Training App – to date over 130,000 courses have been completed online since its inception in 2021.

Sarah Klinger is Robot Manager at Dr. Sasse Austria, where she is responsible for the rollout and operational management of autonomous cleaning robots across the company's FM portfolio. Before joining Dr. Sasse, she gained experience in the construction industry at PORR Group. Guillaume Bret graduated from ESCOM, a chemistry engineering school. He spent 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry before moving into the industrial and institutional cleaning sector, where he has worked for the past 13 years.
He is currently R&D and Sourcing Director, with strong experience in project leadership, chemistry, and product innovation. At Pollet, he helped build and structure the R&D department, bringing together a team focused on science, performance, and practical innovation.
Throughout his career, Guillaume has led major R&D projects from early concepts to market launch. He has also secured public funding to support collaborative research and accelerate the development of more sustainable solutions.
His work today focuses on microbial-based cleaning technologies that combine scientific research with real-world impact.
At this conference, Guillaume will share insights on how Allerclean can help reduce respiratory allergens and improve indoor environments through safer, more effective cleaning products.

Judith Janmaat is a Service Manager at Schiphol Airport, where she oversees one of the terminal’s cleaning contracts. Lynn Webster is Director of LWC Ltd, an Independent Consultancy with over 40 years’ experience, is recognised for her expertise in the cleaning and associated facilities industry; providing independent, professional cleaning consultancy to a wide range of organisations across many commercial environments specifically high-end commercial facilities, healthcare, retail, leisure, hospitality, and the education sectors.
 
She is one of the original Top 100 most influential women in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Tourism awarded this accolade in 2012 and holds the British Institute of Cleaning Science Sholom Gordon Award for outstanding contribution to the Cleaning Industry and achieved her Chartered Status as a Chartered Environmental Cleaner C.Env.Cln in 2021.

Dr. Jordi Amagat, UV Medico's Segment Manager in Life Science in Pharma, started in UV Medico as a biotechnologist and scientific researcher, specializing in biomaterials and medical devices integration. During his Ph.D. in Biological and Chemical Engineering from Aarhus University, Denmark, he explored biocompatible biomaterials with his thesis titled Functional Hydrogels for Stimulating Neural Regeneration.

Momar MBAYE is a Franco-Senegalese entrepreneur and a graduate of HEC Executive Education and Ingésup engineering school in information systems.
He began his career with major international software publishers, where he worked for six years between 2005 and 2011 in the United States, Finland, the Netherlands, and Tunisia. During this time, he developed and deployed information systems focused on supply chain management. This international experience led him to strongly believe that SaaS would transform the software industry.
In 2011, he decided to return to France to begin his entrepreneurial journey and founded Groupe Senef. I am Johannes Bepler, Head of Development at Hailo Digital Hub, where I lead the development of digital products and shape the company’s technological direction.
After completing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, I joined Hailo Digital Hub in 2019 as a backend developer.
Since 2020, I have served as a technical expert for FDS (Facility Data Standard), contributing to the development of industry standards and supporting the digital evolution of the sector. Today, I am responsible for the entire software development, contributing to the ongoing digitalization of the cleaning industry. Paulo Brois, RN, DVM, MSN, is an operating room nurse at the Local Health Unit of Baixo Alentejo (Beja, Portugal) with a background in veterinary medicine. He also serves as an IPC link nurse in his department and is a guest lecturer at the Jean Piaget Algarve School of Health (Portugal). In addition, he is a member of the internal team of Clean Hospitals, contributing as a Scientific Collaborator.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in Infection Prevention and Control, including the European Committee on Infection Control (EUCIC) Certificate, and has been awarded Advanced Competence in IPC by the Portuguese Order of Nurses.

Jędrzej Gromadecki, Marketing Director, Professional Hygiene EMEA is a leading expert in professional hygiene solutions. With 15+ years in Strategic Marketing and R&D at top European biocide and medical device companies, he specialise in healthcare and industrial disinfection. His work, grounded in a degree in organic chemistry from Adam Mickiewicz University, focuses on developing advanced disinfectants that balance high hygiene standards with excellent material compatybility and surface aesthetics.

Hardy van de Ven is a researcher at Healthy Living & Work, TNO (applied sciences the Netherlands). He holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management and a PhD in Health Sciences. He has been working on a wide variety of topics, both scientific and practical, all aiming to support sustainable employability of workers.
One of his current tasks is coordinating the Monitoring of Labor Programme of TNO. In this programme TNO investigates the working conditions, health, productivity, innovative power and sustainable employability of working people in the Netherlands by means of large scale and representative surveys among employees, self-employed and employers. These surveys are the basis for informing policy makers, employers, employees, in-depth analyses and practical tooling.
In this session he will give an overview of sickness absence in the Netherland; prevalence, risk groups, risk factors and costs, with special attention on the link with a clean working environment.

Quentin de Hults is Chief Operating Officer of A.I.S.E., the voice of the cleaning and hygiene products industry in Europe, since December 2025. Quentin is a senior public affairs executive and EU association leader with over 20 years of experience on topics related to energy and sustainability, in the construction, chemicals and raw materials sectors. He worked for 13 years at BASF, where he held senior advocacy roles before joining different EU associations.
He first set up and led the Modern Building Alliance for four years, then joined the International Copper Association in 2021, becoming its Director General for Europe in 2024. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Louvain School of Engineering in Belgium and has accumulated over 12 years of experience in EU government relations.

Michelle Marshall is the founder of European Cleaning Journal (ECJ) and the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards.
She launched ECJ in 1993, establishing what has become the only pan-European trade publication dedicated to the professional cleaning industry. ECJ is also the official media partner of Interclean Amsterdam.
In 2016, the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards were also established - a programme dedicated to celebrating excellence and innovation throughout the sector. Now in their ninth year, the awards have grown into the only pan-European awards of their kind, bringing together the industry at annual ceremonies in cities including Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, London, Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon and Edinburgh.
Michelle also contributes as a member of the jury for the Interclean Amsterdam Innovation Award.

Monica Becker is the Senior Director of Strategy & Development at the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute and drives growth and impact of the certification program across global sectors. Her work sits at the intersection of sustainable chemistry, circular economy— two of the most consequential shifts reshaping how products are made and used. She leads new program development and strategic partnerships, including with on-line retailers featuring Cradle to Cradle Certified products.
Before joining the C2C Certified Program in 2020, Monica served as Director of Collaborative Innovation at the Change Chemistry (formerly the Green Chemistry & Commerce Council), where she expanded the organization's reach across five major sectors and launched some of its most ambitious programs, including collaborative green chemistry innovation challenges that united major retailers, brands, and suppliers. She built Change Chemistry’s Startup Network and Technology Showcase from the ground up.
Earlier in her career, Monica led her own sustainability consultancy, advising businesses (e.g., Nike, Seventh Generation, Harris Radio), government agencies (e.g., UNEP), trade groups, and NGOs. She's also held leadership roles at RIT's Golisano Institute for Sustainability/REMADE and specialty chemical company Nouryon.

Nathalie Schlimm holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management (B.Sc.) and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering (M.Sc.). Since 2021, she has been part of the Sustainability Management at Werner & Mertz, a German family-owned company internationally recognized for its pioneering role in sustainability and its consistent implementation of circular economy principles.
Prior to joining Werner & Mertz, she gained practical experience in technical and scientific environments, including work at the Institute of Insect Biotechnology at Justus Liebig University Giessen as well as in environmental and process analytics at Infraserv Höchst. This background continues to shape her holistic perspective on environmental and sustainability topics.

She is the Chairperson of the Board at Puhastusekspert OÜ and a long‑time leader in Estonia’s national qualification system.
For over 20 years, Helge has steered the design and implementation of the European Qualifications Framework–based certification system in Estonia, resulting in more than 5000 valid professional certificates at EQF levels 3–5.
She has played a central role in establishing national cleaning standards (including EVS 914, EVS 944, EVS900 and EVS 807) and has contributed to multiple international Erasmus+ projects focused on cleaning ergonomics, pandemic‑resilient cleaning, and quality‑driven methods. He is Editor-in-Chief of Infection, Disease in Health, with appointments at several universities and hospitals. Linda Lybert is a nationally recognized leader in surface safety and infection prevention in healthcare environments. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Healthcare Surfaces Institute, now a division of ISSA – The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. The Institute was established to bring together key stakeholders from diverse areas of expertise—microbiology, materials science, clinical care, manufacturing, and infection prevention—to collaboratively develop sustainable solutions for mitigating the spread of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
With over 27 years of experience, Linda has dedicated her career to addressing the critical role surfaces play in the transmission of pathogens. She has been a vocal advocate for establishing industry-wide validation standards and best practices for designing and maintaining safe surfaces in complex healthcare settings.
Her unique approach integrates science, human behavior, and environmental conditions to improve surface disinfection protocols and create safer healthcare environments. Linda has also held strategic roles with companies such as Prolitec Inc. and DuPont Building Innovations, where her leadership contributed to notable advancements in healthcare safety and innovation.

Martin has worked in infection prevention and control for 35 years in a variety of settings. He is a Visiting Professor at the Richard Wells Research Centre at the University of West London and Conjoint Fellow at Avondale University (New South Wales, Australia). Formerly he was Nurse Consultant and Deputy Director of Infection Prevention and Control at an NHS Trust in the North-West of England. 
Martin is a past president of the Infection Prevention Society (IPS). In 2020 he was awarded honorary membership of the Healthcare Infection Society and in 2023 was awarded the Ayliffe Lifetime Achievement Award by IPS. He has published over 90 papers in peer-reviewed journals and is one of the co-hosts of the Infection Control Matters podcast. His research interests focus on the environment and healthcare-associated pneumonia.

Marco van Hees is a senior researcher at the Centre of Expertise City Net Zero of Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. He is a PhD candidate/researcher at MU Maastricht Sustainability Institute, investigating circular business models and collaborative business model experimentation. He collaborates with urban innovators, entrepreneurial frontrunners, researchers and engaged university students.

Stefan Wilms (Essen, Germany) is the global product leader at TASKI, specializing in professional cleaning innovation, robotics, and digital solutions. He leads the international innovation portfolio, driving go-to-market strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain. He has been with TASKI / Solenis for 10 years.
He has played a key role in advancing TASKI’s robotics and digital ecosystem, including platforms such as IntelliTrail and TASKI AR. 
Additionally, he is responsible for global product launches, for example the TASKI ULTIMAXX 360 which recently celebrated great success.
