The business line on Environmental monitoring focuses on source emissions testing for compliance in the mining & healthcare sectors, and waste management industries. In the construction industry, TYS & T Enterprises does measurements and testing for ambient air quality, environmental noise, water testing, and ground and machines / tools vibrations.

From a financial director role, Neil joined the BICSc Senior Management team in 2015. He has a wealth of management expertise and has experience in hospitality and FM in numerous industries.   
Neil's passion is technology, especially when it can be used for efficiency purposes. Neil was the project lead on the creation of the BICSc CPSS Assessor app, BICSc Audit App, The BICSc Cleaning Supervisor’s Certificate and delivered the virtual training platform and the associated BICSc Training App – to date over 130,000 courses have been completed online since its inception in 2021.

Sarah Klinger is Robot Manager at Dr. Sasse Austria, where she is responsible for the rollout and operational management of autonomous cleaning robots across the company's FM portfolio. Before joining Dr. Sasse, she gained experience in the construction industry at PORR Group. Sarah is currently pursuing a degree at Hochschule Burgenland (2025-2027) and was awarded 3rd place at the Future Talent Award for her bachelor's thesis.

Guillaume Bret graduated from ESCOM, a chemistry engineering school. He spent 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry before moving into the industrial and institutional cleaning sector, where he has worked for the past 13 years.
He is currently R&D and Sourcing Director, with strong experience in project leadership, chemistry, and product innovation. At Pollet, he helped build and structure the R&D department, bringing together a team focused on science, performance, and practical innovation.
Throughout his career, Guillaume has led major R&D projects from early concepts to market launch. He has also secured public funding to support collaborative research and accelerate the development of more sustainable solutions.
His work today focuses on microbial-based cleaning technologies that combine scientific research with real-world impact.
At this conference, Guillaume will share insights on how Allerclean can help reduce respiratory allergens and improve indoor environments through safer, more effective cleaning products.

Judith Janmaat is a Service Manager at Schiphol Airport, where she oversees one of the terminal’s cleaning contracts. With a background in hospitality, facility management, and procurement, she brings a unique blend of guest-focused thinking, operational expertise, and commercial insight. Her mission is clear: to elevate the passenger experience every single day. Judith is convinced that a clean, comfortable, and well‑organized environment contributes directly to a stress‑free journey — and she is committed to making that visible and tangible.

Lynn Webster is Director of LWC Ltd, an Independent Consultancy with over 40 years’ experience, is recognised for her expertise in the cleaning and associated facilities industry; providing independent, professional cleaning consultancy to a wide range of organisations across many commercial environments specifically high-end commercial facilities, healthcare, retail, leisure, hospitality, and the education sectors.
 
She is one of the original Top 100 most influential women in Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Tourism awarded this accolade in 2012 and holds the British Institute of Cleaning Science Sholom Gordon Award for outstanding contribution to the Cleaning Industry and achieved her Chartered Status as a Chartered Environmental Cleaner C.Env.Cln in 2021.
 
She provides professional, comprehensive consultancy services in all aspects of cleaning and facilities management. She is valued for her contribution to cleaning solutions both for end user clients and service providers.

Joshua Geurts is a Global IT leader and product owner specializing in the intersection of manufacturing, IoT, and cloud-based software systems. He plays a central role in driving digital transformation within his organization, overseeing both traditional IT operations and the development of a SaaS platform that powers smart hygiene devices deployed internationally.
With a strong technical background, Joshua leads cross-functional teams spanning software, firmware, and hardware engineering, guiding products from concept through production. About Dr. Jordi Armagat
Dr. Jordi Amagat, UV Medico's Segment Manager in Life Science in Pharma, started in UV Medico as a biotechnologist and scientific researcher, specializing in biomaterials and medical devices integration. During his Ph.D. in Biological and Chemical Engineering from Aarhus University, Denmark, he explored biocompatible biomaterials with his thesis titled Functional Hydrogels for Stimulating Neural Regeneration.
At UV Medico, he is the Segment Manager focused on Life Science and Pharma, managing all UVM installations and projects in the pharmaceutical and cleanroom industry, developing new products, participating in medical trade fairs, and driving scientific communications and research. Momar MBAYE is a Franco-Senegalese entrepreneur and a graduate of HEC Executive Education and Ingésup engineering school in information systems.
He began his career with major international software publishers, where he worked for six years between 2005 and 2011 in the United States, Finland, the Netherlands, and Tunisia. During this time, he developed and deployed information systems focused on supply chain management. This international experience led him to strongly believe that SaaS would transform the software industry.
In 2011, he decided to return to France to begin his entrepreneurial journey and founded Groupe Senef. The company’s story started with a major project for the French National Gendarmerie and continued with the development of specialized management software solutions for service companies. These solutions are widely used in sectors such as personal care services, senior living residences, cleaning and multiservices companies, and the hospitality industry. I am Johannes Bepler, Head of Development at Hailo Digital Hub, where I lead the development of digital products and shape the company’s technological direction.
After completing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, I joined Hailo Digital Hub in 2019 as a backend developer.
Since 2020, I have served as a technical expert for FDS (Facility Data Standard), contributing to the development of industry standards and supporting the digital evolution of the sector. Today, I am responsible for the entire software development, contributing to the ongoing digitalization of the cleaning industry. My focus is on scalable architectures and innovative solutions that sustainably improve existing processes. My goal is to fundamentally transform the cleaning industry through intelligent, connected, and future-ready digital solutions.

Paulo Brois, RN, DVM, MSN, is an operating room nurse at the Local Health Unit of Baixo Alentejo (Beja, Portugal) with a background in veterinary medicine. He also serves as an IPC link nurse in his department and is a guest lecturer at the Jean Piaget Algarve School of Health (Portugal). In addition, he is a member of the internal team of Clean Hospitals, contributing as a Scientific Collaborator.
He holds postgraduate qualifications in Infection Prevention and Control, including the European Committee on Infection Control (EUCIC) Certificate, and has been awarded Advanced Competence in IPC by the Portuguese Order of Nurses.

Peter Kwestro, worked Internationally for over 39 years for leaders in the Professional Cleaning Industry. The last 13 years mainly developing and integrating Cleaning robots Globally as well as being a pioneer and founder of healthier, ecologic cleaning concepts. Gausium Robotics is the Global market leader in AI driven Cleaning robots with the widest assortment for the Cleaning Industry including Healthcare and Retail. Jędrzej Gromadecki, Marketing Director, Professional Hygiene EMEA is a leading expert in professional hygiene solutions. With 15+ years in Strategic Marketing and R&D at top European biocide and medical device companies, he specialise in healthcare and industrial disinfection. His work, grounded in a degree in organic chemistry from Adam Mickiewicz University, focuses on developing advanced disinfectants that balance high hygiene standards with excellent material compatybility and surface aesthetics.

Marketing Director, Professional Hygiene EMEA

Hardy van de Ven is a researcher at Healthy Living & Work, TNO (applied sciences the Netherlands). He holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management and a PhD in Health Sciences. He has been working on a wide variety of topics, both scientific and practical, all aiming to support sustainable employability of workers.
One of his current tasks is coordinating the Monitoring of Labor Programme of TNO. In this programme TNO investigates the working conditions, health, productivity, innovative power and sustainable employability of working people in the Netherlands by means of large scale and representative surveys among employees, self-employed and employers. These surveys are the basis for informing policy makers, employers, employees, in-depth analyses and practical tooling.
In this session he will give an overview of sickness absence in the Netherland; prevalence, risk groups, risk factors and costs, with special attention on the link with a clean working environment.

Quentin de Hults is Chief Operating Officer of A.I.S.E., the voice of the cleaning and hygiene products industry in Europe, since December 2025. Quentin is a senior public affairs executive and EU association leader with over 20 years of experience on topics related to energy and sustainability, in the construction, chemicals and raw materials sectors. He worked for 13 years at BASF, where he held senior advocacy roles before joining different EU associations.
He first set up and led the Modern Building Alliance for four years, then joined the International Copper Association in 2021, becoming its Director General for Europe in 2024. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Louvain School of Engineering in Belgium and has accumulated over 12 years of experience in EU government relations.

In 2016, the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards were also established - a programme dedicated to celebrating excellence and innovation throughout the sector. Kurmet Vasser is a passionate and experienced cleaning professional with over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, having developed the industry as a trainer and consultant, and co-authored several educational materials. He is currently working for the largest property maintenance company in the Baltics, SOL Baltics, as Country Manager for Latvia for the eighth year, while also being a member of the company's sustainability and business development team.

He is a Visiting Professor at the Richard Wells Research Centre at the University of West London and Conjoint Fellow at Avondale University (New South Wales, Australia).
