Effective February 1, 2026, Peter Lipke has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board, and Steve Schoembs has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.
During his tenure as CEO, Peter led Vectair through a period of transformation and expansion, including the acquisitions of Big D Industries and WizKid Products. As Executive Chairman, he will continue to support the company’s long-term strategy and growth initiatives.
Steve brings extensive leadership experience from his role as CEO of Royal Paper and a nearly 20-year career at Procter & Gamble. As CEO, he will lead Vectair’s global operations, customer strategy, and innovation roadmap.
