Available in the BiP app, on our website and via a standalone URL. Now internal and from Q1 2026 all customers get 24/7 multilingual self-service (order tracking, product & method choice, FAQ, support, comparison,...). BO uses a friendly mascot and redirects users to the right BOMA contact when needed.
