Euronics forays into residential sector with direct-to-consumer platform

Through its D2C channel, Euronics aims to provide a platform to small business owners and existing commercial customers seeking products in small quantities
Public washroom automation firm, Euronics, which holds a 60 per cent share in washroom accessories for public and commercial projects, has entered the residential market by launching a direct-to-consumer (D2C) website.
The D2C channel is expected to contribute 10 per cent of Euronics’ revenue, up from the current 2 per cent, according to Viknesh Jain, MD & CEO, Euronics.
Jain described the launch of the D2C platform as a key milestone in expanding accessibility to washroom automation solutions for modern consumers. The expansion is part of the company’s plan to double its revenue to ₹400 crore within the next 24–36 months.
