The first-ever Interclean Amsterdam Online that took place from 3-6 November 2020 marked the shift of rethinking our future. The current pandemic is changing the world and the way to digitalisation is taking the lead and is moving us forward. Attendees from over 120 countries watched 81 sessions with knowledge provided by 136 experts. More than 7,000 professionals signed up for the virtual platform and made in total over 20,000 connections in four days.
The four days of Interclean online live sessions have shown us that creating more opportunities online is a big advantage and also that the desire for an in-person event is still very much alive.
Interclean is proud to have succeeded in providing an online platform that brought the industry familiar faces and new experts to share ideas with. And importantly to facilitate networking, stimulate business and provide the stage for innovation. The live studio setting with moderators brought a human element and the recordings have made it possible for everyone to join.
The event touched all industry topics, and it became clear that robotisation, digitisation and infection prevention are industry topics that everyone wants to keep up with. Further among the best viewed sessions where the future of FM and Retail, learnings on covid-19 and cleaning in Healthcare facilities, these are topics that have received a lot of attention and are a daily issue for many within the industry.
