Heritage Building Maintenance transformed into Heritage Building Group, which included Heritage Building Maintenance and Heritage Microbial Control. The new microbial program was an innovation to help grow his business.
The growth of his organisation went so fast that Theroux had to slow down his microbial program in order to keep the quality of his other projects high.
