1. Can you introduce your company and product?

CM2W was founded in 2014 with a clear mission: to optimise the dosing process and connect industrial dosing equipment to an online platform for remote management and monitoring.

We develop IoT-enabled dosing solutions that support the chemical industry and other sectors by enabling accurate, consistent and traceable dosing of fluids. Our systems improve transparency and operational efficiency by providing visibility into key dosing parameters such as quantities, timing and process conditions, including temperature.

In addition, we offer a wide range of peripheral devices and measurement components that deliver additional data, allowing customers to track performance and continuously improve dosing quality. Our solutions are suitable for all dosable fluids, with a strong focus on the industrial chemical sector.

2. What will you be showcasing at Interclean Amsterdam this year?

At Interclean Amsterdam, CM2W will showcase its latest software and hardware innovations focused on efficiency, sustainability and operational insight.

The CM2W platform continues to evolve with new functionalities and an improved user experience. It already enables monitoring of chemical consumption and dosing performance and is developing into a comprehensive management tool that integrates with internal business systems. Moving towards a PaaS (Platform-as-a-Serive) model, it offers greater flexibility, allowing customers to implement company-specific workflows and visualisations.

CM2W will also introduce new dosing solutions for solid chemicals, expanding into laundry and industrial applications, all remotely monitored via the connected platform. In addition, the Gray Water Management system optimises water, energy and chemical use to support more sustainable operations.

3. What makes your product or solution unique compared to others in the market?

From the beginning, CM2W set out to transform industrial dosing solutions. At a time when remote management was still highly innovative, we focused on building connected systems for professional hygiene and industrial environments. While many players have since introduced digital solutions, CM2W stands out for having evolved into a full management platform.

Our platform delivers actionable insights that support operational decisions, technical issue resolution and performance monitoring across multiple locations. By combining advanced sensors with AI-driven optimisation, it enables preventive maintenance and improved dosing performance.
With ERP-like capabilities and a flexible PaaS-style model, the platform integrates with customers’ business systems and allows workflows to be tailored to specific operational needs.

4. Who is your main target group and who are you hoping to meet at Interclean Amsterdam?

CM2W’s main target group consists of companies in the chemical industry, with a strong focus on chemical manufacturers and industrial chemical distributors. These profiles closely align with the solutions we develop and are also key visitor segments at Interclean Amsterdam.

CM2W operates globally and works with customers in more than 70 countries. Interclean Amsterdam is therefore an essential platform, bringing together international decision-makers and offering insight into industry trends and customer needs.
