‘Cleaning supplies promote industry 4.0’ - food factory and cleaning companies matchmaking event

Location: Conference Room 2, Exhibition Hall 1

The EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) brings all kinds of food processing companies and public health authorities together with the aim of shaping the future of food safety and quality. Intechno, the EHEDG partner in China, organises this matchmaking for managers from Chinese food factories to explain their cleaning problems and for manufacturers of cleaning products to present their solutions.

In recent years, with the shift in the new direction of modernization in China's food industry, market entities have demanded a transition from low value-added, resource-intensive primary processing to high value-added, high-tech-intensive deep processing. The new changes in the food industry also present higher requirements for the cleaning industry. Simple cleaning methods can no longer meet the production needs of modern food industry. The technological threshold of cleaning equipment continues to rise, and high-speed, high-precision, high-intelligence are the inevitable trends in the future development of the cleaning industry.

Faced with various types of food production lines, how can we achieve rapid conversion of different cleaning requirements? In the era of Industry 4.0, what new changes have occurred in the cleaning demands of food factories compared to the past?

Interclean China, together with EHEDG's members and partners in China, as well as ECOLAB, is co-hosting the "Cleaning Products Empowering Industry 4.0" Food Factory-Cleaning Enterprise Business Matchmaking Event. This event focuses on core issues and adopts a one-on-one buyer pairing format. We have invited 8-10 food factories to gather with leading companies in the cleaning industry, aiming to discuss new developments in the industry and share future opportunities. This event aims to efficiently empower the food industry chain and contribute to the progress of Industry 4.0.
