UVgrip

GripFactory introduces UVgrip, a transparent, semi-matte UV coating that excels in durability, ease of use, and safety. This water-based anti-slip coating delivers excellent slip resistance, is scratch- and wear-resistant, and effectively protects floors against dirt adhesion. Thanks to its high chemical resistance even to plasticizers UVgrip remains reliable in a wide range of conditions. Floors treated with UVgrip are easy to clean, making frequent maintenance unnecessary.

UVgrip combines durability with practical benefits. The anti-slip coating is designed to withstand impact and deliver long-lasting performance, retaining its quality even under intensive use. After curing with a UV lamp, the surface is fully load-bearing and immediately ready for daily use. Its water-based composition makes the coating safe to apply and hygienic to maintain.

Safety is central to UVgrip. The coating is dirt- and water-repellent, chemically resistant, and proudly carries an R12 rating, ensuring excellent slip resistance. This makes UVgrip particularly suitable for high-risk environments, such as industrial applications or public spaces, where reliable anti-slip performance is essential.

PolyGrip

PolyGrip is a premium anti-slip material engineered for maximum safety, durability, and versatility in demanding environments. Made from glass fiber reinforced polyester combined with a high-performance aluminum oxide grain, PolyGrip anti-slip solutions are exceptionally strong, resilient, and surprisingly lightweight. This unique composition results in a product that is equally strong as steel while remaining easy to handle and install.

During the hardening process, the aluminum oxide granules sink into the material, creating a powerful and long-lasting anti-slip surface. PolyGrip is available in various grit sizes and thicknesses, allowing the level of slip resistance to be tailored to specific applications. In addition, PolyGrip can be produced in all RAL colors, ensuring safety does not come at the expense of aesthetics.

Designed for long-term performance, PolyGrip is weatherproof, fire resistant Class 1, chemically resistant, non-conductive, and virtually indestructible.
