Commercial automation-based washrooms brand Euronics recently partnered with Tata Projects to set up smart and sustainable washroom solutions at the upcoming Noida International Airport (NIA) in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

As part of NIA’s commitment to eco-friendly infrastructure, the partnership with Euronics will see the installation of automated washroom solutions designed to minimize environmental impact. The contract was awarded to Euronics by NIA’s Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) in-charge, Tata Projects, after a competitive bidding process.

Under this partnership, Euronics will install its smart solutions across 280 washrooms, including 40 designed for differently-abled passengers and 50 for premium lounges. The product lineup includes sensor taps, hand dryers, urinal flushers, and smart hand sanitizers – all engineered to enhance energy conservation, reduce water usage, and regulate hygiene.

Moreover, Euronics will install 65 sanitary napkin dispensers and baby care rooms with 45 diaper-changing stations inside airport premises. Washroom solutions for the differently-abled will include shower seats and grab bars across various shapes to help individuals navigate wash stations, toilets, and shower areas seamlessly.

Euronics has established a new office in Sector 62, Noida, to ensure dedicated service and support to the project. The company is also involved in other major projects in the vicinity, including Bhutani’s Cyberthum and Cyber Park, The Iconic Corenthum by Beaver International, and Sharda University, among others.

Some of Euronics’ recent public infrastructure projects include the New Parliament Building; Ram Mandir in Ayodhya; Airports in Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, Bangalore, and Ayodhya, among many other cities; the Supreme Court of India; Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Center), Smart City Projects in India; and AIIMS – PAN India.

Euronics, India’s leading washroom automation brand—after cementing its industry leadership in commercial and public washrooms space—has forayed into the residential market with the launch of its D2C website.

Through this market diversification strategy, the brand aims to address the growing demand for washroom automation accessories among homeowners, as well as, small businesses.

Established in 2002, Euronics has firmly positioned itself as the preferred washroom accessories brand for public and commercial projects across industries, commanding over 60% market share. With its D2C strategy, the company plans to bring its marquee automation solutions to residential spaces as well, effectively tapping a growing demand driven by an increasing shift towards hygiene, convenience, and luxury. Through its D2C channel, Euronics also aims to provide a convenient platform to small business owners and existing commercial customers seeking products in small quantities. 

The platform offers a specially curated selection of over 15 SKUs, with products tailored for homes and small spaces. Some of the categories include Sensor Taps, Hand Dryers, Hand Sanitizer Dispensers, Paper Dispensers, Consumables, Fragrance Dispensers, and Soap Dispensers, etc.

Currently, Euronics’ online sales, via e-commerce marketplaces, account for 2% of the company’s total revenue. With the launch of its D2C website, it aims to increase this contribution to 10% within the next two years. In addition, it also plans to unlock the potential of tier 2 and tier 3 cities, with homeowners in non–metro cities increasingly moving towards tech-assisted, smart home accessories. This roadmap is in alignment with Euronics’ projections to double its current revenue to Rs 400 crore over the next 24-36 months.This new development comes after the company recently inaugurated India’s largest manufacturing plant for washroom automation accessories and secured a prestigious mandate to equip the upcoming Jewar Airport with its state-of-the-art solutions.

Public washroom automation firm, Euronics, which holds a 60 per cent share in washroom accessories for public and commercial projects, has entered the residential market by launching a direct-to-consumer (D2C) website.

The D2C channel is expected to contribute 10 per cent of Euronics’ revenue, up from the current 2 per cent, according to Viknesh Jain, MD & CEO, Euronics.

Jain described the launch of the D2C platform as a key milestone in expanding accessibility to washroom automation solutions for modern consumers. The expansion is part of the company’s plan to double its revenue to ₹400 crore within the next 24–36 months.
