Patented TelRo set optimizes working with telescopic lances
Previous problem: Cleaning crews specializing in facade and window cleaning frequently encounter ergonomic and technical limitations: Firstly, high-pressure systems are often not an optimal solution, as their use is too complex and they unnecessarily stress sensitive facade surfaces. Secondly, long telescopic lances are difficult to maneuver and operate simultaneously. Furthermore, changing hand valves and nozzles from one lance to another is cumbersome. Problem Solving: The TelRo set combines a battery-powered sprayer with telescopic lances, enabling controlled, low-pressure application of cleaning chemicals to glass, facades, and other surfaces. Simultaneously, the set allows for quick and tool-free lance changes thanks to the mounting rail on the telescopic lance.
Cleaning agent is fed from a battery-powered sprayer into the telescopic lance via the hand valve and applied through a low-pressure nozzle. Compared to high-pressure systems, chemical consumption and liquid volume are reduced. This reduces the effort required for collecting and disposing of the wastewater and simultaneously minimizes the impact on sensitive surfaces.
Easier work
The combination of an easy-grip hand valve and a stable attachment to the telescopic lance ensures safe handling of the lance when working at heights. The valve automatically dispenses the cleaning fluid. There's no need to juggle the lance, valve, and hose simultaneously.
Quick conversion
The hand valve comes with two mounting rails that are permanently attached to the telescopic lance. This allows the TelRo hand valve, and therefore the sprayers, to be quickly and easily changed between different telescopic lances. Various applications can thus be
completed with short changeover times. This increases the flexibility of existing equipment and minimizes on-site setup time.
Advantages at a glance
- Intuitive use of the TelRo system
- Reduced changeover times for lance and tool changes, resulting in faster, more efficient workflows
- Improved ergonomics, as simultaneous handling of the lance, valve, and hose is no longer necessary
- More stable guidance of the telescopic lance
- The low-pressure cleaning process puts less strain on surfaces and also reduces waste disposal.
- Both the nozzle holder and the TelRo hand valve mounting rails are designed to fit different telescopic lance diameters.
