Battery compressor for pressure compression sprayers, foamers and powder dispensers

The new TLK 35 battery compressor replaces the classic hand pump and transforms pressure compressor sprayers into fully-fledged systems for continuous use. Its high air output, intelligent energy management, and compatibility with the CAS battery system make the compressor an efficient solution for all professional spraying, foaming, and dusting applications.

The TLK 35 eliminates the need for manual repumping, enabling continuous operation without physical effort. Thanks to its high air output, the battery compressor builds up pressure very quickly. It can even be used to operate foam and powder pressure storage devices without any loss of performance throughout the entire contents of the container.

Unlike hand pumps, where pressure inevitably drops, the TLK 35 uses electronic technology to maintain a constant working pressure. Users can freely select the pressure within a range of 0.5 to 3.5 bar. The result is a consistent output and a defined spray pattern with a homogeneous droplet size. A clearly visible LED display provides information about the operating pressure used and the current charge status.

Power is supplied via the manufacturer-independent CAS interchangeable battery system. Compatible with batteries from 2 Ah to 10 Ah, the TLK 35 offers flexible running times. Thanks to its intelligent control system, the pump only runs when needed (“pump-on-demand”), which maximizes the range per battery charge.

With the development of the TLK 35, Birchmeier is launching a new generation of devices called the e-line. The series includes various models for different applications—from spraying and foaming to dusting—and thus offers a wide range of uses for a variety of professional requirements. The manufacturer's hand-operated three-, five-, and seven-liter plastic pressure storage devices can be retrofitted with the powerful compressor—in line with the principle of sustainability.
