The Food Collective actually houses three different catering concepts. The Sushi Club for freshly made sushi from the sushi bar. The Balcony Bar Lounge for a delicious cappuccino and croissant in the morning or a drink together with a snack in the afternoon. And there is also the a la carte restaurant, At Twelve, that is especially popular during lunch time.
All Aboard! The Traveller, the cosmopolitan restaurant in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, opened its second location in the RAI at the end of October 2021.
The menu at The Traveller is adventurous, with a mix of traditional world dishes prepared according to modern cooking techniques. And with beers and wines originating from all corners of the earth, the bar menu offers a true voyage of discovery. Local residents, entrepreneurs, students and conference visitors are welcome from morning until late in the evening for just a cup of coffee, fresh smoothie, lunch or dinner.
