Setup and breakdown badges
During the setup and breakdown periods, RAI Amsterdam is only accessible with a valid access badge. This also applies to standbuilders and/or suppliers. The policy was implemented in order that we know exactly who is present in the RAI and can act appropriately should an emergency situation arise.
After registering, you will receive a voucher with which you can pick up the setup and breakdown badge at various locations within the RAI. Registration on site is also possible, but may result in waiting times.
During the setup period, exhibitors only have access to RAI Amsterdam with a voucher for an exhibitor badge. By scanning the voucher at the distribution point by the goods entrance, you will immediately receive a setup badge. Click on the red button below to register.

Permit for legionella (liquid license)
The exhibition or use of open, running, sprayed and/or atomised liquids in or around the stand is not permitted. These could be part of, for example, air-conditioning systems, fountains, high-pressure cleaning systems, air humidifiers, shower equipment, saunas and/or whirlpools. The (functional) use of ‘open liquids’ may be allowed by the organisers under certain conditions. These liquids must then be taken from a water connection installed by the company MTD, complete with a KIWA certification showing that it is free of legionella.
