RAI Amsterdam has an excellent connection to the city's tram, metro, and bus network. Tram 4 stops right in front of the RAI and will take you into the heart of Amsterdam.

  • From Amsterdam Central Station
    Take tram 4 to RAI Amsterdam (Europaplein stop) or metro 51 in the direction of Westwijk (get off at train station RAI)
  • From Amsterdam Amstel station
    Take metro 51 (get off at train station RAI Amsterdam), or bus 65 direction KNSM eiland (Scheldeplein stop) or Bus 62 direction Lelylaan (Europaplein stop)
  • From Amsterdam Sloterdijk station
    Take metro 50 direction Gein (get off at train station RAI Amsterdam)
  • From Amsterdam Duivendrecht station
    Take the train in the direction of Schiphol (get off at train station RAI  Amsterdam) or metro 50 direction Isolatorweg (get off at train station RAI Amsterdam stop)
  • From Amsterdam Lelylaan station
    Take bus 62 direction Amstelstation (get off at Europaplein)
  • From Amsterdam Zuid / WTC
    Take bus 65 direction KNSM eiland (Scheldeplein stop) or metro 50 direction Gein (get off at train station RAI)

In the tram and in the bus you can buy a 1-hour ticket (a disposable chipcard). The ticket is also available at the GVB Tickets & Info counters and from the ticket vending machines in the metro stations. With this ticket you can travel for one hour on all GVB tram-, bus- and metro lines.
