After your registration you received a confirmation email, in this email is an option to change your registration. When you click on this option, you still have the possibility to order the free rail transport ticket from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to RAI Amsterdam. No, that is not necessary. Next edition of the show you can use the same login details to access MyInterclean.

Yes, every show has its own personal space. You can create your account on the different show websites.

You can use your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+ accounts to login to your MyInterclean Amsterdam. This allows you to use the login of your social account so you don’t need to remember additional login details. If you give permission to publish your data we may use your social profile photo on our website or in other Interclean Amsterdam Amsterdam communication materials.

Edit your personal details in MyInterclean Amsterdam by clicking on the pencil of the desired information, edit your details and save them. In case you register your visit through MyInterclean Amsterdam, your details will be used in your visitor registration, so you do not need to re-enter them. If you register for another personal space, we will use the name and address details in our system.

In case you already have an account go to MyInterclean Amsterdam in the top navigation of the website. Login with your social account or your email address and password.
In case you do not yet have an account, but you would like to use MyInterclean Amsterdam, click on ‘Register’.

This is not possible. MyInterclean Amsterdam is linked to your email address. You can register one visitor per email address. Do you want to register other colleagues? Please create a MyInterclean Amsterdam account with their personal email addresses. Don't forget to let them know they can use their personal space to prepare their visit to the show!

Opening hours are:

  • Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 May from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs
  • Friday 13 May from 10.00 to 16.00 hrs

The catalogue will be available in the entrances of RAI Amsterdam during the show.

An ATM can be found in the entrance areas of the show.

The Amsterdam Innovation Award is a contest where a professional, international jury will choose the most innovative products, the winners will be announced on the opening day of Interclean Amsterdam (10 May). In addition, the Visitors Choice Award will be awarded to the product or service that is most voted by the visitors, from end of March you will be able to cast your vote via the website. You can find the complete new products list on the website.

Yes. If the RAI car parks are full, you can use a parking area outside RAI Amsterdam only minutes away, which is served by shuttle buses.

  • By car/taxi: approx. 15 minutes (allow for considerable more time during rush hour)

  • By car/taxi: approx. 10 minutes (allow for considerable more time during rush hour)
  • By metro (subway): approx. 20 minutes from RAI train station
